The purpose of our organization is to promote, communicate and provide general information about the growing sport of geocaching in New Jersey. Please register using only your CURRENT GEOCACHING NAME (ID), as it is on geocaching.com, otherwise your name will not be accepted. Major features include: Multiple databases, sending/receiving waypoints to GPSr, Google maps, conversion to many mapping formats, PDA output (including CacheMate support), HTML output, extensive searching, macro support, backup and restore, distance/direction from other waypoints (including caches, locations, post codes) and much more. GeoBuddy is geocaching software, written especially for geocachers who want to end every geocache hunt with a smile on their face and a Found It! in their logs. Unlike other geocaching utilities, GeoBuddy is a complete geocaching solution. GeoBuddy displays all of the geocaches in your area, as well as your own personal GPS data, over USGS topo maps, aerial photos, and your own scanned paper trail and road maps. A built-in Web browser lists all of the information about each geocache, including pictures and hints left by the cache owner, and logs by recent visitors to the geocache. No other software gives you the maps, tools, and resources you need in one easy-to-use, integrated, package.

NNJC Members Corner
Cache of the Month Because NNJC exists to help promote geocaching in northern New Jersey on behalf of YOU, the GEOCACHERS, we want to make sure you have a voice in YOUR club! We want to know what caches out there are deserving of designation as NNJC's Cache of the Month. The only criteria are that it has to be located in northern New Jersey, and was placed during that month. Please send all nominations to topcache@nnjc.org, along with a description of your experience and why you feel it's the Cache of the Month.
Photos & Videos We also want to include your caching photos and videos to highlight your experiences in northern New Jersey. Please send submissions to media@nnjc.org along with a descriptive blurb or caption.
